Ah, good point! At the moment the only way I can get the pump to turn off is to move the valve to the manual (lock) open position. This is ok once but I have to do this every time the room thermostat switches off. I don't mind the water circulating so was looking for a way to make this happen...

I have a Drayton ZA5 2-Port which I suspect the auxilliary switch is faulty as it doesn't switch the circulation pump off when closed. While waiting for a replacement actuator is it ok to lock (and tape) the manual lever so the valve is open all the time? At tyhe moment the pump is running but...
