I have an Elco gas-condensing boiler Trigon 22, which is only 3 years old, and have an Annual maintenance agreement with Elco, who on their last six monthly visit had to replace the LMU. They have subsequently invoiced me for £575 for this ! Surely this should be covered by the maintenance...
