    I have a Masterplug 25m 4 socket cable reel with RCD safety plug and "super flexible arctic cable". I would like to use the cable reel to attach up to 4 sets of outside Xmas lights. The label on the cable reel says it is not to be used in the wet. However if it is plugged in indoors (in garage)...
