Just got my dewalt dc013 radio 110volt today, Does the USB connection only work when connected to 110volt supply, because at the moment its not working off the battery I've got in? Does anybody know ? Cheers.

Yea we have two consumer units one for storage/convectors and one for domestic power. So what exactly is giving cheaper electricity 24 hours a day just the 24 hour side of the Heating board yea? or how does it work?

13 amp switch fused ?

I understand all that, but what i was asking was, why does some folk put 13amp switches up above the worktop rather than 20amp switches?

Aye thats what i thought to be honest, but other than the obvious reasons there is no real reason as to why you would have 20amp switches rather than 13amp switches then yea?

Why can you supply only one item from a 20amp DP switch, and more with a 13 amp FCU?

hello, Yes its a dimplex XL 12 storage heater, i was called to a job the other day involving this heater, but wasnt too sure about the thermal cut-out? where is it in the heater? and how do you reset it.

Where abouts is the Thermal Cut out switch inside a dimplex storage heater, and what does it look like?

so would you have to have the neutals at the switches for that to work? how would you wire that up ?

is there no other way around things like this when wiring a house or at to avoid relays?

ok yea, i understand what you mean there, but how does it stop a backfeed from happening? is a backfeed, when current can flow back down the neutral and become live?

How does a relay sort out a backfeed problem? Thanks.
