We purchased the alarm 10 years ago when the house was built, and bought it as a package with the new house from Macleans. It has been properly installed as far as we can tell.

I have now cleared the battery fault, but now have the message Lid Tamper, and appear to need a 4 digit code to clear this. The alarm company looking after the system is no longer trading. Is there an engineers code to clear this and allow me to reset the system?
