Sorry to sound thick but by panel you mean the bigger box away from the keypad? I'm not sure what's caused the tamper as all the indicators look fine. Could it be one of the smoke detectors as they've been playing up by going off in the cold!!!

Thank you for that but it didn't work, sorry to say if it helps the tamper light is on and now when we go into zones they light up, but the buttons still don't work. HELP please

does anyone know what to do if the buttons on the keypad do not work? will turning the power off reset the system???? Help please
