I also have had the problem. The suppluier has told me to write to Pottertons as I have exchanges 3 controllers now in less than 12 months. He believes it is a backplate possible problem with the units. I'm currently searching the web for Pottertons contact details. Sandie

Potterton Controller problems. 3 EP2002 controllers in less than12 months were they will not switch off. I've also heard there may be a problem with the controller backplates. Any suggestions please.
