    Inline Bathroom Extractor Leaking

Insulated ducting would help, also available are condensation traps, but that would need a pipe routing to a suitable drain for the water

    Insane bathroom condensation

Just to echo the door point- I recently had my doors replaced, and went from having a 10mm gap under my bathroom door to a very small gap, maybe 2-3mm, and condensation has gotten noticeably worse.

    Insane bathroom condensation

That's crazy imo. Did you put your room dimensions into the TLC vent check? I have a pretty small bathroom and I had to get an inline fan to hit their recommendation

    Insane bathroom condensation

Are they recommended when they have 1.4m of ducting to go through? I find it very hard to believe anyone would recommend one of those extractor fans if it was doing anything but going straight through a wall. What does the TLC fan size calculator recommend?

    Replacement Solid Floor Insulation Options

Aerogel is supposed to offer better performance than celotex or similar, so can be used thinner. However, A) it's incredibly expensive B)not sure it's suitable for floors C)there is some scepticism as to how much better it actually is

Cracked clay gully replacement. A few questions

I'd have a trap, just to prevent smells. I reckon you will have to cut that after the socket, but you may be lucky

House internal breeze block vertical crack, will helical bars help?

Personally, that meets my definition of a big crack, and I'd seek professional advice. For me a big crack is one you can get your fingers into

    Drainage cap

these take some concerted effort to shift. Even more so if they've been out in the elements I imagine

Can Planning Authority revoke 'sign off' where applicant undertakes 'further development' specifically excluded from the permit

If something is not built in line with the drawings submitted to the planning dept, they can very much take action after the fact. See Tom Moore's daughter falling foul of that in the press a few months ago.

I tried thinning dulux bathroom paint to seal new plaster, but it hasnt soaked in what should i do instead?

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use bathroom paint for mist coat, you should use "normal" emulsion, then overcoat with bathroom paint

    Mixed size block paving

I literally googled mixed size block paving, and this was the 2nd link..... https://www.bartonfields.co.uk/block-paving/courtyard-tumbled-50mm-2-size-block-paving-in-graphite-blend-pack-8-35m2/

Leveling 110mm circular section of concrete (after it's set) for light fixing.

I agree with above, but you could use shims or washers under the base, then seal the gap with silicone as an alternative (unless they are really off level)

    Roof leak

I think that's gonna cost more than £800 to put right

How to skim over foam core tile backer board

It would, as it doesn't absorb any water

How to skim over foam core tile backer board

Might be worth asking in the plastering forum, but I would dilute PVA then skim over. Given the texture I think you'd get pretty good adhesion

    Help with diagnosing leak

I got a flexible fibre optic camera for £20 from Amazon to diagnose a toilet leak. I'd recommend you get one and have a look! You can even connect them to a battery pack and drop them down pipes on string, as they work on wifi

    1930's foundation depth

I'd be surprised if you had foundations 750mm down, but ground levels may have changed, and builders back then did what they thought was best, so there is a lot of variation! I've seen 8 courses underground a 1920s terrace, and further down the street 3 courses then earth!

    Help with diagnosing leak

I would turn all of your extractors on, then put your hand over and see if you can feel any air flow. If you can't, it suggests it's not connected to your extractor, but maybe your neighbours? Warm steamy air from a bathroom can hold a lot of moisture, so that's been building up for a while...
