There's no hot water coming out of the hot tap on the bathroom sink but hot water is free flowing from the bath tap. The tap doesn't turn as easily as the cold water tap. I don't have a 'man that can' so can somebody give me an idea as to what it can be?! :D Thanks Kathy

Thanks Tony, after speaking with a heating engineer (who unfortunately is going on hols!) he came up with the same suggestion so I will certainly mention it when I get somebody else out to fix it.

Thanks to all. Manual missing but managed to get on-line instructions. Pretty straightforward and has re-ignited but now only works if heating is on. So yes, need to call an engineer out
