Thanks all. As a matter of interest would it be better to think of a new system (this one is 10 years old) or if repairable go with that? If I decided to replace would the wiring etc be re-usable and what would you recommend to replace it with?

When I said in previous post that the Back Door/Front Door showed twice one lot had a '-' after them and the next one a '+'. Just noticed another one named FUSE/DCFAIL 018 with a '-' after it. The power cut happened during a thunder storm and there was lightning as well.

Hi, Hope someone can help. I had a power cut the other night and my Galaxy 16+ says it needs an Engineer Reset. The alarm is not monitored and was in the house when I bought it. There are no books, paperwork etc. Is it possible to do this myself without major expense. I am going on...
