It's my first on this forum, thanks for ur suggestions, its only doing on the hws, can the heat exchanger be cleaned? Also would It fix the pressure bounce?

I have a ideal isar he30 and recently the boilers been playing up. There's a clunking noise when the boilers running and when there's demand for hot water. The pressure gauge is showing the pressure is moving erraticaly up and down from 1.5b to 0.5b to 3b. This happens as the clunking noise...
