Is there another option to wipe everything or do you think I need a new panel?

I’ve done that previously twice now and done factory default option.

Just for ref it was all working previous. When I pick phone up it says please hang up and try again a few times then it goes through these tones and goes dead. To free my telephone line up I need to unplug the line from powermax.

It’s all set to off but still sends signal out of the line, I want the phone option to work though. I can make it show no faults with the line when I disable these but I want it to call me when the alarm goes off. Thanks

Hi I have just bought and set up a visonic powermax complete alarm, got a problem though. The lcd dislay doesn't light up blue. The keypad does, can anyone help?

the system is just wired up to panic alarm buttons, there isn't any sensors or door contacts, i would like to add these when i get familiar with everything. Can you tell me what i need to do?
