Do they! I think the best wey out for me is to get the existing bypass to go via a longer rute then back to the boiler so that the ruturn water is less hot, the hot water that i believe is shorting back to the boiler causing it to shut down. Cheers

The pump Will be connected to the boiler whatever it takes in cable and time, this i assume will give the pump over run but a three port valve always has a path open for the over run hot water to pump to, zone valves close both the paths on a `S` plan and require a return loop with a bypass valve?

I have contacted Viessmann and they say i need to fit their cylinder demand box for the 2 channel timer to operate correctly, i am still not sure this will give me what i want, and i may install the old programmer. Regarding the pump over run on this boiler what would be the best solution...

Hi yes it is the 26kw Compak Viessmann Number WB1B 319 I now know it requires 240v input on 1 to fire the boiler, the circuit shows 3 options of room stat on page 42, i now just need to know where to pick up the timed out puts for CH and HW. Thanks

Thanks Matt, but on this model the clock plugs into x7, i now know that the ruturn 240v goes to 1 from the zone valve end switches to make the boiler run, but which are the "timed" 240v out signals that go to the room stat and the cyl stat? Cheers, kelly
