Hi everyone, I called the number on my new vaillant 831 boiler today to activate my warranty. Vaillant told me that it is my vaillant approved installers job to activate a 5 year warranty and that I cant do it. Just to check, I asked them if it had been registered by the approved installer...

Getting a new combi condensing boiler (vaillant 831) installed in first floor bathroom. 2 installers suggested running 22mm pipework from bathroom at top of stairs to the cellar area under the stairs and from there under timber ground floors to feed 4 radiators. All rads are different...
