Interesting - According to Omron (the relay manufacturer) the newer relays fitted to the ignition PCB have contacts rated at 8A, whereas the older transparent versions are only 5A, maybe Baxi needed to uprate for some reason. I've got a duff board myself, so I'm going to fit the newer relays...

You're right !!! I've checked the water flow from the third solenoid valve (it's coloured green in my machine) during the drying cycle ... and there isn't any. I carefully poured some water into the condenser unit and the machine bust into life again. Either I've got a faulty valve, faulty...
