Kitchen sink waste with 70mm flange

Been trying to source a kitchen sink waste with 70mm flange but not found one anywhere. Granted its for a sink fitted 10 years ago but I would have thought spares would still be available. Anyone know who might still have one? Its leaking underneath so I thought to replace the whole thing...

    4x2 joists - 100mm or 95mm any difference?

Hi, Boarding my loft and ordered 4x2 joists from local builders merchants. I had 12 delivered at 4.2m lenghts. The joists are actually 95mm and have rounded (rebated edges?). Is this normal or I should have been more specific when ordering? Are these decking joists as opposed to floor/roof...
