    Hi Dan, interestingly, we had a new cylinder installed about 10yrs ago. Also, the brown water output upstairs has stopped altogether BUT the header tank is still overflowing. Is still likely to be a cylinder issue? Thanks John

    Hi, when I turn on the hot water taps in the upstairs bathroom I have brown water appear for a little while then it clears. I also have the small header tank constantly overflowing with warm water. The small header tank is full with brown coloured water. What might be the problem?
