sorry, i can only see some black taps.

its a Baxi solo.....i also looked at the red tank thing in the cupboard...i think its called the expansion vessel. the red needle is between 1 & 2 and the black needle is on 0. can i assume that the pressure is low or off which is causing the issue? if so ...how do i re-pressurise it? i can see...

I've switched the central heating on....the pilot is lit....i can hear the water trying to heat up in the system...but the water is not getting not nor the radiators. when i opened the bottom panel of the boiler the light are all on (fan, burner, pilot & boiler) please help!
