ok i took some more pictures the damp on the inside wall gets worse when it rains, so i guess the idea of damp course fault is out??? the drain outside was blocked this morning untill i unblocked it. please take a look at photos. best regards graham

Hi new to this so i going give it a shot. HISTORY my 3 bedroomed house was built in 1930s i have lived here since 2005 never had this problem till last christmas, where i had a frozen pipe in loft and water poured in, since then it was profeesionally dried, had new bathroom upsatirs new living...

can someone tell me why my kitchen wall ground floor getting damp, only been skimmed this year???? please look at pictures. regards graham
