What does that mean ? I've found out the fault code was for the heater element. But why is there no power at all ?

My hotpoint wf860 displayed f-03 yesterday. It finished its cycle but didnt spin. when i came to use it today there is no power (checked fuses plug socket) does anybody have any ideas ?
