Thanks John, those are the correct instructions. Think I will have to put a call in tomorrow. With it being in the loft no one would be near it to switch off although I did double check the isolator switch and it is on. Must be a fault with the unit. Thanks

Have read the instructions but its unclear whether there remains an indicator light or not!! I can see from the instructions that the unit automatically adjusts fan speed and heat but I was hoping someone who works with the units or has one installed might be able to provide some info.
