Hi guys, got a vokera compact that stopped igniting for both heating and water on Friday. been through the fault finding from both the manual and what i can find on the web. the fan works, the APS works(have tried a new one too) but no spark at the igniter, if i blow into the APS it does...

not us, i dont know if he stood on it, the only thing we have put on that patch is a tin of rice crispie cakes :)

Thanks guys, before i ring him, is he going to say its our fault? what is the likely cause of this?

we had our kitchen installed last month including oak worktops. as far as i know they were coloured and oiled. we havent even really used them yet and already 3 flaky patched have appered, they arent cracks, just flaky? is it our fault? anything we can do? thanks for your help guys...
