Thank goodness I checked. I had just planned not to use the dishwasher til I had time to work on it. The leak would have continued! It was the J bend under the sink. It was like aluminum foil. I replaced it!

I just ran the dishwasher and noticed water coming through the ceiling into the basement. I assume the dishwasher is the culprit. Any ideas of what the problem may be? The dishwasher is one year old and is a GE brand.
