thanks for the reply ,I was concerned to put temp on tank up further as hot water is to my mind quite hot . Did not know if there was a method to restrict cold water flow slightly between pump and shower. cheers

ok - will investigate that - so in your opinion should I confirm kerb/access before going further ? or should just I go for planning for the new build and deal with it then ? or is that too much to ask ? thanks

thanks , I am not quite sure of the correct definition for Principle or Classified road - the road has a name but has no number , so i presume that is classified ? cheers
