The design of the pan with the large area of water and the closeness of t'anus to it negates skiddies because there isn't large areas of porcelain for richards to hit on the way down . Also very silent flushing .(y)

Those full length screws are not great because they cannot pull the flooring ( in your case) down tight . It's the screw that's tight. You need an "old fashioned " screw with a plain shank - those can be used to greater effect . Try it out on 2 pieces of scrap timber (y) clearance holes not needed
Looks like the bottom waste pipe into the strap bass It's push fit pipe so you could cut it and repair with a Mac Alpine universal coupling - that will allow you to examine/replace the strap boss
