Tks Tony - had the boiler for several years but had no idea it wasn't 'super'!! Hopefully get the guy back ASAP - just looking for ideas!!

Problem: heating working OK but domestic water only luke warm UNLESS heating on - so needed to fire up CH for shower/bath. Just had a new diverter valve fitted as remedy although problem persists! Any advice would be appreciated - thanks all.
