    Thank you, Pinenot. Is this something that I should fix with any urgency? Basically this is a loft converted flat that I am purchasing. Is this an expensive job to remedy? Should I ask the seller to fix it before I exchange, or is it only cosmetic and not worth worrying about? Just need to know...

    Condition of roof

    Hello from a newbie - apologies if this question is seriously elementary. The felt along one edge of this pitched roof looks like it's lifting off the far side, instead of sitting flush. Does this matter, or will it need replacing? Please see these zoomable pictures...
