I have a Main Combi 24he with an unusual fault. When DHW is run, the fan kicks in, pump turns and then the burner fires, a few seconds later, the burner goes out and all the power cuts, the indicator lights all go out. A second later, the power comes back on and the cycle starts again on- off...
