I can't actually get the lever off, I have undone the front grub screw but it won't just pull as in the video.

Hi, Trying to change the cartridge and after removing red/ blue indicator and removing the screw, the top won't come off. I can't see any other screws. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance
