Hello there I have some ceilings with this textured wall paper. It seems to be pasted down firmly and will take a very long time to get off as it only peels off in small pieces is it possible for it to skimmed over?

You can use wooden wedges/packers to hold the frame in place (ensure it is very firmly packed) alternatively you could use concrete screw frame fixings. 7.5 x 120mm would be sufficient (no need for wall plugs or taking the frame back out) a 6.5 ml sds bit would ensure the screws...
