    Not really as the old toilet is due to become part of our kitchen hence the reason there coming down. the ceiling rose would be slap bang in the middle of the ceiling and I just know what the other half would say to that... :?

    Hiya, Yeh I think so. there's a valve on a cold pipe from the attic heading straight into the base of the immersion tank with a big red handle... I'm presuming now that If i turn that off, drain the immersion tank, should be good to go?.... Cheers
