    Re-Tiling

Hi, Depending on the type of adhesive you are trying to remove, a wallpaper steamer can often soften old tile adhesive. It then just scrapes off with a filler. Talk to your local tile supplier as they may be able to point you in the right direction. I hope this helps you out.

    Sealing Grout in Shower

Hello, You're certainly entitled to your opinion Chri5 and I'm sure you're aware that quarry tile is produced by a high-pressure extrusion process. This forms a dense, strong tile that will absorb less than 5 percent of its own weight in water. You can use quarry tile on floors and kitchen...

    Sealing Grout in Shower

Hi, First and foremost, tile and grout are not waterproof. All tiles and grout will hold water to varying degrees. Once the tiles have been laid you should always, in my opinion use a sealer for tiles and grout. Depending on what tiles you are using will depend on how often you seal the tiles...

3mm tile spacers on a wall tiles.

Hi, Tile sealer can be bought from any tile stockists or do-it-yourself places. It's simply diluted with water and applied directly to the tiles and grout. Some people will argue it's not necessary but having that extra piece of mind for £20 is definitely worth it. It wouldn't hurt sealing...

    What Ceiling Decorating Is This?

Hi, Filling the hole is no problem at all. Simply cut a couple of 2x4 blocks slightly longer than the hole to support the new plasterboard. Cut a new piece of plasterboard to fit the hole and screw down. You are now ready to plaster the hole. However, the ceiling looks like knockdown...
