its a trianco- eurostar 50/65 boiler I'm quite handy with tools just need to know what to do.

Can anyone help please. Someone has stolen our oil out of our tank and boiler stopped working (obviously ran dry) I have got oil delivered today and boiler won't go on. The amber pilot light/switch when pressed tries and then cuts out again. think it might have something to do with an air lock...
