It's slightly warm and it's been on for about 30 mins now. Last night it was really hot. Just noticed there are a few drips coming off one of the pipes... Would it stop working if the condensation tank needed emptying? Boiler was only serviced a couple of months ago so would it normally fill...

It sound like it starts up and the red ignition like comes on for a few seconds then goes off. Two heated towel rails come on upstairs and some of the pipes feel warm. Downstairs nothing happens though and the pipes don't even feel warm. Thanks
