Update: Turns out it was the gearbox that was broken so just had to get a new one and fit the ends on to it. All fixed now. :)

I haven't taken it out yet as the winds been a bit strong and it's an upstairs window. I did notice that as well as those mushroom sliders there was also flat metal bits that slid out at the ends so assumed the mechanism is the full length at 480mm. I'm hoping for better weather for the weekend...

You can replace it easily enough and shouldn't have any problems. Your master is normally your (1st socket, sounds like you may have 2) main one and has a built in ringer.

Hi guys, The wireless sensors for the Risco Agility 2 are supposedly tamper proof, but I need to take one down to wallpaper the corner of the room. Is there a way for me to do this myself, without having an installer come out? Thanks in advance. leeds1 :D
