    If a trv won't turn off fully when trying to take a radiator off. And you don't have a plastic cover that you can screw on instead of the trv that will fit .is there anyway around a drain down?

    Can 15mm rigid coated coper be bent? I guess you can only bend it with a internal spring and not a pipe bender as the guids wouldn't fit

    hep2o tap connectors

    Do the rubbers in hep2o tap connectors seal up ok after undoing to replace a toilet fill valve. When it was fibre washers I used to swap them. Not sure about these. Thanks for any advise.

    Is it common to fill the condensate trap by pouring water down the flue before fitting the flue. Think most manufacturers ask for it.

    copper fittings of different makes

    I brought some end feed copper elbows from screwfix flomasta I think the make is they seem really slack in the 15mm elbows I get from the plumbers merchants anyone else noticed this? They should still seal ok?

    Do most people tend to run the hot and cold feeds to a vanity basin behind the blanking piece of wood at the back. Or in front of it in the unit?

    Can you solder a fiting on the pipe were you have cut of a nut an olive?

    As the title. Or will the solder not run right as the olive that has been cut off will leave an indention in the pipe.

    Leak on pushfit waste

    I had a small leak on a pushfit waste fittings. That was slightly not all the way home. Pushing in all the way cured it. Is this usual or is there likely to be something wrong with the o-ring?

    Servicing/cleaning central heating filter with no ISO valves

    To clean/service a central heating filter, if it has no ISO valves on it. Is it just a case of opening the drain valve on it till the water runs clearer from it? There are no ISO valves on it to turn off to remove the filter to clean. Thanks

    changing toilet syphon

    Hey if changing a toilet syphon, one of the universal ones with the cord that goes to the push button. Its faulty and one of the toilet wing nuts is leaking. Does the toilet syphon come supplied with a donut washer?
