We want to lay Karndean on the floor of a 1950s built 1st floor maisonette. We currently have laminate laid on top of fibre board. If taken back to the concrete the floor will be 30mm short of the skirting. Can't we fix ply to concrete & lay the Karndean on top of this which will at least...
