    Thanks for the answer nusku and PBC, I'm looking at something like that, where all 3 cables have are sleeved. The only reason being that there's some parts of the house that use this type of cable... and I would like to be consistent :)... obviously, I didn't but that cable, but whomever...

    Telephone wire colours

    Just registered to thanks for the answer. I just moved the master socket and was wondering what did the green-black pair do... and why there were 3 identical yellow cables :). For the time being, I extended the cable with CAT5 (I know it's not a single copper wire!), and I'm going to replace it...
