    Help!!visable scrim tape and drywall screws everywhere!!

    Hi, So i moved into this house a few months and have noticed scrim tape in every ceiling joint and wall corner in the house and alot of very visable dry wall screws,Is this normal in some building's or just shoddy workmanship?
