Thanks for that. Yes the 3 main windows are wood, the door and small window are UPVC, I guess the previous got a deal on doors.

Hi, Just wondering on some advice on how others would approach painting the two upstairs windows in a house like this? Can't get to them via ladder or the sides, so the only thing I can think of is a ladder at the front then up onto the entrance roof.
