Hi, where would I find the PCB with capacitor C17 as I am having error code F15 and can only find the console/display PCB which only has surface mount parts and no legend/top silk?

I'm currently having the same issues described, with 4 lights flashing. I have removed the lid and can only see one PCB that doesn't have a legend/ident/top silk which I don't believe is the PCB with the C17 I've read in other posts, would somebody be able to tell me where the PCB is located as...
