    hi the make of boiler i have is a vokera 20-80 R.S. flowmatic. serial no 17062 i've one up stairs radiator thats been turned of for about 8 months and sounds empty if you tap it after i turned it back on , theirs no heat geting to it at all.if i bleed it , is it just a case of using the key...
