Thank you rules&rulers. That really does help. Ive turned the switches to do the reset but unfortunately that hasn't cured anything. I think I will need to call someone out. Thank you for being really helpful and respectful you really helped to clear things up regarding looking for a switch!

Yes of course I have! Mine is a different model so commments don't apply. There is nothing in the manual about reset switch location and I can't find anything on google or YouTube either. I've tried to look in the control panel for the switch as it does not appear to be located anywhere on it...

I have worcester high flow 400 electronic but I can't find the reset buttons anywhere! Any ideas please???
