Thanks for responses - No car does not have air con. Also have changed green sensor, and it made no difference. Disconnected sensor on radiator and it made no difference. Which 2 sensors do you suggest i change - thats is where are they located??

I have to replace a Honeywell 2 Port Valve. I was told that some of the 3 port version have a nipple on the casing which means you can replace the motorised section without draining the system. Does anyone know if this is the same with the 2 port. The one i have has no nipple, so want to be sure...
