thanks for the reply the supply comes from a box near the pond and is encased in black tubing. it does not visibly run out of the garage to the house at all ?

got a friend of a friend, he changed the pump but then discovered it was the switch! got one on order now the trick with the pen worked house is toasty now! thanks a million

thanks Chris Followed instructions, controller keeps sliding down so had to put a pen under it to hold it on manual, dont know if it will work but im froze!!

its a mison its just the switch thats stuck when you push it up it works

hi my 3 way valve is stuck on hw, do i need a new one, i have no heat

cheeky hinkley is about 15 miles away checked the tank got water in ok

no not leaking just a bit of water on it when i checked it wasnt stuck no water on the floor

no air in rads may be sludge as the water around the trv pins was black what do you reckon is that normal?
