    Hi I've done exactly that, a friend who is a gas safe engineer came over today to disconnect the pipe from the prv, he could see it dripping. He can't change this valve though. I'm now awaiting for a reply from this site to see if a gas safe engineer can service both boiler and tank plus change...

    The ev tank was replaced by the plumber 2 weeks ago, because that's what he thought was the problem. It seems very few have the correct certificate to touch unvented systems, they only want to service the boiler. I've even tried BG. I've not told them someone came to repair the system.
