Anyone know what this is on Rhubarb leaves?

It could be rust - which is caused by a fungus... https://gardenfocused.co.uk/vegetable/rhubarb/pest.php#:~:text=ORANGE%20%2F%20RED%20SPOTS%20ON%20RHUBARB%20LEAVES%20%2F%20STALKS&text=To%20prevent%20and%20minimise%20the,them%20on%20the%20compost%20heap. I've had problems with rust on fuchsia...

Taylor Wimpey new build sockets/plugs query

It's the 2mm tolerance before breaking out into the next room, I was alluding to. You could probably cut all the way through and just use filler on the rear of the back box?

Taylor Wimpey new build sockets/plugs query

A few years back, I went for a site visit to a new-build estate. All the internal walls were constructed from three 12.5mm plasterboards sandwiched together. It would be interesting getting a 35mm backbox into those! :)

Hanging projector screen on plasterboard - ok?

I would get some self-drilling screws, and get the screen attached to the metal stud framing. If the attachment spacing doesn't match well, mount a batten to the framing first.

    Replacing underfloor heating thermostat

Sorry, I didn't see post #4, as I was writing at the same time. Looking at your photo, the thermostat is controlling the actuator of a wet UFH system, rather than powering an electric heating mat. A thermostat with a 3A switching rating *should* be sufficient (depending on your actual system...

    Replacing underfloor heating thermostat

It's a switched live output on L1 on the existing stat - no need for any other wires; the neutral (to the load) could be connected anywhere (hopefully from the same circuit). The new stat would simply require a short link wire between L (2) and COM (5). The black wire would then connect to NO...

New Euro cylinder lock stuck with key inside and lock not working

Sorry, probably not helpful, but may help with troubleshooting.. Since taking the old lock out, have you tested it? If the old eurocylinder moves freely, the issue could have been with the lock mechanism from the beginning.

    Adrian Newey to Ferrari?

"How to build a car", by Newey is well worth a read. It's amazing how much he has achieved; beng one of the last people who has an overview of every aspect of the car, rather than engineers today that due to the vastness of the subject (and through no fault of their own), can only specialise in...

Even the MIs aren't clear... I believe (guess!), the indicators show the state of the socket and the second (additional) outlet - edit, in this case the fan.
