    Lo I have a wall mounted gas glow worm condensing boiler professionally installed and on the wall at right angles have a gas hob - the gas hob is not directly under the boiler (but its not far away) there is 250mm to the wall and the boiler overhangs that space no real choice over location...

    paid a tradesman to do the plastering but then decided to lay a slate floor tile but having to level floor as we go done about half but one big tile is not flush at the edge and one corner (re bare foot test) - can do anything about this after the event with grout as it will be hell to unstick...

    I have removed a gainsborough sovereign - possibly 8kw but no sticker - got that from shower doc website - the cable is possibly 6amp ? black and red but goes into a 32 amp fuse on a seperate circuit on the rcd box - can i replace with a 9.5 kw ? or will the lights go out ?
