Worcester 28CDI Intermittent Air Pressure Fault

Had a quick look at the replys, 28 CDis have duel speed fan , unlike the 24 CDis, and yes the plastic tubes perish, also because its a duel speed fan, sometimes the higher speed , does not reach momentum, hence the aps does not react ,,,, hence lock out ! If in doubt, yes change the aps, (...

    Worcester 280 RSF Leaking

Most, if not all Worcesters, if not all boilers, have fibre washers ajoining pipework. From what i can see, the washers have perished, and no amount of tightening will cure that. If anything, you will just shear the thread. There is ways and means of getting to those awkward nuts, but it...

    worcester 28 cdi

gregward, does the pressure rise when both C/H and DHW is off ! 28cdi s have a integral filling loop. Vaillant 824 TurboMax Plus How Water Issue

APS, stands for Air Pressure Switch. Its too much really to explain, plus its "critical" as to the way your boiler works, best leave to a Corgi chap. As for cost, the part is readily available, and not hard to change, maybe others on here can give you some guidance to that question...

    Disconnecting an Electric Shower

As Softus said, leaving a dead leg, means the water contained within it , could, or will not circulate, thus stagnate. The water that supplies your shower, also supplies your drinking water. Dave.
