Hi Thanks for that. We have tried it. But the problem is still there. someone is saying that it might be the gas valve. Do you think that this is the case? It basically lights up for about ten seconds, I can see the flame, but then it goes out. Thanks

I have just changed an Alpha CB28 Combi boiler (not new). The problem is that the pilot light keeps going off. It fires for a few seconds and then it goes off. Can anyone help please. Some have suggested that it might be the pump that is jammed as it has been off for a while. How can this...
